Good stuff: room and quality of furnishings , complimentary champagne , cleanliness of hotel , breakfast , staff were very polite .

Bad stuff: no bad points but would have liked a general hotel guide in room

Overall: Had a really lovely stay , was very pleased with the quality of the hotel and the location was excellent as there is a tube station just around the corner
