Our location in the heart of the West End is perfect for your stay when you are visiting to enjoy the city as it was meant to be enjoyed. Close by entertainment in the theatres and all the lovely restaurants to enjoy near by too. Our building was originally 5 Edwardian townhouses built just 2 years before Queen Victoria took the throne in 1837. Our fine lobby is quite magnificent and has a grade 2 listing on it. We have now for years been the place to stay in Soho for many returning guest who like that little bit more than the usual from a hotel. We have over 200 rooms available for booking with a special Club Floor dedicated to those who want a further bit of privacy and pampering. Our restaurant has won awards for its splendid menus which are English and Mediterranean based. Good stuff: Excellent room service
Bad stuff: Although alone didnt like the idea of a single bed for a single room
Overall: Everything went very smoothly - should be more directions to the lifts, got lost a couple of times.

Good stuff: The restaurant and food was fantastic. The rooms were clean.
Bad stuff: My room was cold and I had to request a heater, and v.small, the chef would not change the type of potatos with the main dish i had ordered.
Overall: The hotel itself is very nice, and the communal rooms very impressive. However the room I stayed in was a single, and although I was there for just one night and had minimal luggage it felt very small. The bed was also single size, I find most hotels, even if it's a single room, have double beds. I would higly recommend eating in the restaurant. Although on first glance the menu seems a little unusual everything my party ordered was fantastic.
