Good stuff: Our room was very quiet and spacious - the hotel was in a good location in West London

Bad stuff: The beds were very hard.

Overall: The hotel was very good but we did have a superior room. It was also very quiet. Some of the hall carpets need replacing but there seems to be an ongoing process of improvement. We liked it.
