After enjoying a Continental breakfast why not take a morning stroll in Hyde Park close by - there's a lake and gallery and at the far end you will find the beautiful Kensington Palace. On the other side of the park you find yourself in Knightsbridge where you can enjoy a visit to Harrods, Harvey Nicks or the Royal Albert Hall, Science Museum, Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum.

A quick tube ride and you are in Oxford Street with the happy shoppers, on to Regent Street and a walk along Piccadilly where you can pop in and enjoy the latest art exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts, browse around the Piccadilly Market which is only small but very interesting and then have lunch in one of the many coffee shops. Fortnum and Mason with its famous fine foods and glorious gifts can be found along here too.

Many more attractions over in Covent Garden and Leicester Square and of course just a short taxi ride from your comfortable accommodation takes you to theatre land where you can enjoy the latest show and finish with an evening meal close by.

A relaxed atmosphere await you after a busy day and all our en-suite rooms are equipped with TV, radio, tea and coffee making facilities and are centrally heated.

Good stuff: Nice and large family rooms.

Bad stuff: The room was a bit too cold at night and a bit noisy as it was close to the breakfast room.

Overall: We enjoyed our stay at the Cordova House Hotel. The room was nice and we could put our whole family with two teenage children in the same room.

Good stuff: Warm, secure, good location.

Bad stuff: Customer service, breakfast-drinks weren't hot, tables weren't cleared.

Overall: Enjoyable, warm safe good location hotel. i wouldnt reccommend to my friends but i would consider returning myself. The staff were helpful when approached. Some maintenance work being carried out such as a leak in the breakfast room ceiling and at the enttrance. My sister and i booked a twin room but ended up in a double??
