The original building has stood here for generations and is ideal not only for corporate events but also for those who are visiting London to experience history and grandeur of this world famous city. With all the facilities that even the most discerning traveller would expect to find in their choice of accommodation, plus cheerful and dedicated staff to attend to your every need you can be certain of a relaxed and comfortable stay. The two main local attractions are easy to get to from us on foot. The Cutty Sark is 300 metres North-West. The Royal Observatory is a short walk South-East in the grounds of Greenwich Park, which is on our doorstep.

Devenport House is a superb location, easy to reach by road or rail it is the ideal place to hold your conference, meeting training or team building event. With a variety of meeting and conference options, catering for from 4 to 120 delegates and a staff of highly trained and experienced professionals to assist you in the organisation, you can allow us to take care of all the details, while you relax safe in the knowledge that your event will be the success you deserve. Our training rooms are spacious and well lit and can hold up to sixty students in comfort, each one is equipped with the finest state-of-the-art facilities, making the trainers job easier.

Good stuff: Very clean. Comfortable bed. Liked tea & coffee areas.

Bad stuff: Noisy room - noise from local road. Needed secondary double glazing. Central heating a little noisy.

Overall: For a modern hotel very good price and in good location. Would stay there again and would like to take advantage next time of the special dinner offer if it was still available. Cheerful staff serving breakfast. Another nice lady serving in the bar, which was very relaxing. Good security. Good parking. I'm talking myself into coming again! Perhaps the decoration a little ordinary and bland but can't have everything!! Would recommend to friends and colleagues even though I was overcharged on my bill - but this error was rectified quickly and easily.
