The delightful area of Bayswater provides the backdrop to our recently renovated guest house. Converted from a grand Victorian town house in the 1950's, our family run business offers guests a warm and cosy atmosphere, and a personal service designed to make you feel at home and relaxed.

The hotel overlooks a lovely quiet garden area, providing a serene haven within the centre of this lively capital city. We have 18 fantastic guest rooms, tastefully decorated and furnished to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with all the modern facilities you will need, and you are assured of a friendly and personal service from our staff making your time here an enjoyable and memorable one.

The Dylan has been recognised by the English Tourist Board and the RAC for our high standards and excellent service and we guarantee a warm welcome to all our guests.

The area is well served by public transport, with Paddington station a short walk away, and we are close to the major roads allowing easy access in and out of the city, as well as to the airport and beyond. London's famous attractions are close by, and if you are here for sight-seeing you are spoilt for choice. Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park provide beautiful gardens and tranquil sanctuary's to the hustle and bustle of city life. London Zoo and Madame Tussauds are great for all the family, and if you like shopping there's Knightsbridge with the world famous Harrods, Oxford Street or Portebello Market. You have museums, galleries, Royal Palace's and theatres to see. London is a truly magnificent city and there is something for everyone here.

Good stuff: Wonderful having a small hob and microwave so we could cook and eat in. The room was large and bright, very clean.

Bad stuff: As we were on the ground floor the other guests could be heard entering and leaving the hotel, some of them very loudly. The shower was slightly awkward to work.

Overall: I have already recommended this hotel to a family member, who is traveling to London shortly, as it is ideal as short term accommodation. having cooking facilities is excellent, the room was large and clean. The only real drawback was other guests being load as they entered the hotel.
