Good stuff: Clean, tidy, warm rooms with hot showers and adequate beds. Evening staff all very friendly and helpful.

Bad stuff: Certain staff could improve their politeness, especially in the morning. Breakfast was limited.

Overall: Overall fine, but one staff member,an old woman, was defintely more abrupt than what one would expect in a hotel. If this person had not been present, staff performance rating= excellent, as opposed to fair. Breakfast, though swiftly served lacked even water as an alternative to tea/coffee and anyone with a particular diet may find it unsuitable. However, abrupt staff can be ignored and/or laughed at and breakfast can be bought elsewhere.
