A family run bed and breakfast hotel we try to give you that homely feel that people enjoy in smaller establishments.

Our location is superb about 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. It is literally out of the door here, turn left onto Argyle Square and walk strait up for 2 minutes. You will see the station right across the road at the top.

For where you are in the city when you stay here rooms are very cheap. However they are also very clean and of a reasonable size too. This is not a luxury hotel but, it certainly is very good as you can see from our guest rating..

A short distance from many of the main attractions in the city including The London Eye, Piccadilly Circus and all its shopping Buck palace home of her majesty.

Good stuff: Near tube and busstation

Bad stuff: No parking and it is in the congestion zone

Overall: If you trsvel by bus or train it is easy to get to, by car it is a problem with no parking and having to pay congestion charges. Breakfast is not as good as what B&B's would offer and no healthy option is available. Tke hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

Good stuff: Simple accomodation but good value for money - location close to central London (west end a couple of stops on the tube).
