Good stuff: very professional staff. room was upgraded - excellent room. it was our anniversay and the extra little things the staff did made our evening very special and memorable, - compared to any other hotel ive been to

Bad stuff: bar ceiling beam was too low so whacked my head...but u may put that done to the couple of drinks i had just had :-)

Overall: perfect and more memorable than other top hotels- and would definitely return

Good stuff: We thought the rooms were beautiful - and each of the 9 people we traveled with had a different decor --- we enjoyed looking at everyone elses room!

Bad stuff: Nothing

Overall: Your staff was so helpful and answered all our questions. Concierge was the best!
