We are located in the quiet surroundings of Bayswater close to beautiful fountain in the Hyde park, famous Kensington Palace, and Harrods in Knights bridge. A leisurely stroll brings you to Leicester Square, lively Piccadilly Circus, vibrant Soho, Covent Garden, Trafalgar square, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and famous London night life.

We have 19 relaxing and elegantly presented rooms all with en-suite facilities,TV, tea/coffee making facilities.We offer you a home away from home. There are three main stations close to us. The Paddington mainline(1.00 miles), Paddington Underground with circle and district lines (1.00 miles) and Lancaster Gate (0.50 miles). For Gatwick, Stanstead,and London City Airports use either Airbus or underground, accessible within five minutes walk from us. The Heathrow express runs from Heathrow airport to Paddington station every 15 minutes.

Good stuff: The location was excellent. It was quite comfortable. The staff in the breakfast room was good and they let us keep our luggage there.

Bad stuff: The check-in was not good at all. Inflexible about finding us a smoking room. The room smelled of paint and walking up three flights of stairs with a suitcase, not a good experience. The bathroom was tiny

Overall: It was a good experience on the whole though the staff the first night was not helpful. It was not welcoming to start with it but the place grew on us. Also we spent very little time there. It was not a place that I would spend time in as such. I wish I had specified a smoking room and also an elevator or a room on the first floor.
