A delightful oasis of calm and comfort greet you as you enter our reception. We pride ourselves on ensuring you have a pleasant stay with us.

All our en-suite rooms include hairdryer, trouser press, direct dial phone, TV, safety deposit box, room service, radio alarm clock and wake up calls on request. We also have a laundry service and a bar lounge area.

Just a short walk away you will find the lovely Hyde Park where you can enjoy a morning stroll, visit the Serpentine Gallery, walk around the lake area and sip tea in the cafe. If you are visiting for the shops then you are a short distance to Bond Street, Regent Street, Oxford Street and Piccadilly. A visit to Knightsbridge mustn't be missed and of course the famous Harrods. Theatreland is a short distance by tube or taxi where you can enjoy a number of fabulous shows and pre-show dinner in many of the deliciously presented restaurants.

Good stuff: Good location.

Bad stuff: Shower not working. Got locked out after midnight despite hotel being 24 hour access and waited 25 minutes for a member of staff to answer the door.

Overall: Overall, a reasonable value hotel for London and in a very good central location. Staff were friendly, but facilities were not great. Room was very small, and shower gave no hot water - apparently this is normal when others are also trying to use the shower!

Good stuff: it was nothing to write home about. Just a plain basic hotel.

Bad stuff: The state of the bathroom/shower room. It needs money spent on it to repair many faults.
