Good stuff: close to Hyde Park and Paddington station, friendly and gelpful staff

Bad stuff: Coffee table was unstable; problems with previous online payment

Overall: The hotel was relatively easy to find from Paddington. However, I would have liked to have known its exact location and directions from Paddington and to Hyde Park.

Good stuff: I like the location of hotel. Close to the rail way station and Tube station.

Bad stuff: I think if they have more safety box, it will be better for all customers.
