We are located on the doorstep of London's West End and close to Hyde Park. Close attractions make it easy for you to visit Kensington Palace and then take a daytime tour of the Royal Albert Hall.

If your visit is for shopping then Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly are within reasonable distance to the West. As we are between Bayswater and Marylebone we are a great place to stay for a visit to West End Theatreland and Covent Garden.

Overall: Never received my confirmation of booking. Arrived at the hotel and there was no booking, she then contacted all the Shaftesbury hotels and I was not booked into any of them. Luckily there was still availabilty so we managed to get booked into a room.
