Providing a good base to enjoy London, we have a variety of rooms on offer at economical rates. Rooms are either en-suite or have shared bathroom facilities and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, hairdryer and iron.

Close to Paddington gives you easy access to the shopping in Oxford Street, Regent Street and Piccadilly. Theatre goers can take a short taxi ride to Shaftesbury Avenue or Covent Garden, dine and take in a show. If you love museums then close by you will find London Toy and Model Museum and across Hyde Park behind the Royal Albert Hall is the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Hyde Park is just a short walk and well worth enjoying. There is the Serpentine Lake and Gallery, a restaurant and of course the beautiful Kensington Palace at the far end.

Good stuff: Close proximity to station. Very helpful staff.

Bad stuff: stayed two nights. first room fine. second room small. light U/S and bed uncomfortable

Overall: Hotel is well placed vis a vis Paddington Station. The first night I spent in a twin en suite room that was very comfortable. The second night I stayed in a single room with no bathroom. It was small and dingy. The bed side lamp did not work and there was no TV. The matress sloped towards the floor! If you have heavy baggage avoid the top floor rooms - steep narrow staircases and no lift!
