Good stuff: Having stayed in many hotels in london i must comment on the G.M of this hotel,she handled my issue perfectly and was extremley skilled in her job. without any disregard it was nice to deal with an english well educated manager. in london this is few and far between..Thankyou ..Kind regards Mr pengilly. owning a large bussiness myself i would be very confident knowing i had a manager like that ..

Bad stuff: Check in was dissapointing as they had no record of my on line booking..and payment. Room service attendant was vey poor indeed ,

Overall: beautifull hotel , very london chic.. would like to stay again when not working.
